Flexible spending accounts to set aside tax-free dollars for dependent care expenses ($5,000 limit); unreimbursed health care expenses ($2,850 limit); and the employee portion of the St. 安德鲁的健康保险费.

长期伤残保险: Long-term disability insurance (LTD) includes income replacement of 60% of pre-disability salary to a maximum of $10,000 per month payable after 13 weeks of continuous disability. LTD coverage also provides for a monthly contribution of 10% of your disability payment to your TIAA retirement plan account (if participating at the time of onset of disability). This benefit is offered at no cost to the employee.
